1. Search Abstracts:

   • Purpose: Retrieve concise summaries for general research requests.
   • Function: Uses the searchAbstracts feature to find relevant paper abstracts based on specified keywords.

2. Literature Map:

   
   • Purpose: Explore connected research.
   • Function: Uses the literatureMap feature to find related papers based on an existing paper's identifier (e.g., ss_id).

3. Get Full Text:

   • Purpose: In-depth analysis of PDFs.
   • Function: Uses the getFullText feature to retrieve and analyze the full text of a paper incrementally.

4. Question:
   

   • Purpose: Answer specific questions about a paper.
   • Function: Uses the question feature to retrieve sections of a PDF that answer a specific question about the paper.

5. Get Paper Metadata:

   • Purpose: Retrieve detailed information about a specific paper.
